Joe on the Idaho Continental Divide

Thursday, July 24, 2008

Ed Rosco and I headed to Idaho to enjoy the wonderful scenery and trails largely maintained by Idaho state while everyone celebrated Pioneer day in Salt Lake. The weather was perfect as we first drove to Leadore,ID to meet with Dr.Corkery & JT, Rick Pelegrino and Doc’s good friend. They showed us some splendid & memorable trails in this little sleepy town on the Montana-Idaho border. The 4th day of our trip we met our good friend, Chris Klick at his cabin on Anderson Reservoir near Pine, ID. Chris shared with us approximately 300 miles of single track in the pine forest of his backyard.
